We started Sera Digital Corp. and the first two resident tech startup companies (Trexcel Corporation and MISC Systems, LLC). We expect Sera Digital's offerings to be feature-complete and mature in the next twenty-four to thirty-six months, permitting it to bring on multiple new clients/companies.

Entrepreneurs who want to work in highly regulated industries or have advanced cybersecurity requirements will likely have more success by working with or at Sera Digital Corp. The Digital Greenhouse offers its residents advanced cybersecurity capabilities that meet the new Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements necessary to do business with them. The company's cybersecurity standards and practices and its proprietary Active Documentation™ cybersecurity database set the stage for meeting other global cyber standards as needed with an incremental investment that can serve all companies in the incubator.

In addition to the comprehensive services available to these entrepreneurs, we anticipate having a future funding mechanism for investors to pool investments in multiple companies operating in Sera Digital's "lifecycle incubator." 

Trexcel Corporation - First Company supported by Sera Digital Corp's Digital Greenhouse

Our first launched company, Trexcel Corporation, is a technology-driven company that provides technology assurance and data protection services for governments and businesses. Its initial focus and product offerings are on its CMMC Enclave product and its Software and Data Assurance escrow services for Software as a Service (SaaS) providers and their respective clients. 

MISC Systems, LLC - The next company to launch in the Digital Greenhouse is focused on secure, large-scale control systems for transportation, military, and smart-grid related industries. Our second company is dependent on technology from Trexcel Corporation, and will be in stealth mode while it is doing Research on its new technologies.
